Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization problems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical machine learning models
- Simulate quantum circuits on high-performance computing infrastructure
- Collaborate with cryptography teams on post-quantum security protocols
- Lead patent development for proprietary quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers through quarterly innovation sprints
- Present findings at industry conferences (Q2B, IEEE Quantum Week)
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 3+ years experience with Qiskit or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and high-performance computing
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction techniques
- Experience with NISQ hardware constraints and mitigation
- Strong background in linear algebra and probability theory
