Responsibilities
- Design quantum-resistant cryptographic systems for enterprise-scale deployment
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum computing architectures
- Lead R&D for error correction protocols in noisy intermediate-scale quantum (NISQ) systems
- Collaborate with MIT and CERN researchers on quantum algorithm optimization
- Create security frameworks for post-quantum blockchain networks
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming languages (Q#, Quipper)
- Present findings at IEEE Quantum Computing Symposium
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years implementing quantum algorithms in real-world systems
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proficiency in quantum circuit simulation tools (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum computing
- Experience with topological quantum computing architectures
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain US government clearance
