Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures targeting 2026 deployment milestones
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum algorithms for real-world problems
- Establish security protocols for quantum-resistant encryption systems
- Research and evaluate emerging quantum hardware technologies (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Create technical documentation and architecture blueprints for quantum cloud services
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices and innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and error correction algorithms
- Proven track record in scaling quantum systems beyond 100 qubit thresholds
- Familiarity with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams through complex development lifecycles
- Certification in quantum security protocols (e.g., NIST Quantum-Safe standards)
