Responsibilities
- Architect quantum-resistant encryption systems for critical infrastructure
- Design scalable quantum-classical hybrid computing pipelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum machine learning models
- Research and implement error correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum processors
- Create migration strategies for classical systems to quantum-secure architectures
- Develop quantum-safe blockchain protocols for decentralized networks
- Advise Fortune 500 clients on quantum transformation roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent practical experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Quipper)
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and post-quantum cryptography standards
- Published research in quantum information theory or related fields
