Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum architectures leveraging superconducting qubits and topological computing paradigms
- Develop fault-tolerant quantum error correction protocols for industrial-scale deployment
- Lead cross-functional teams integrating quantum solutions with classical AI frameworks
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen cryptographic systems
- Collaborate with hardware teams on qubit coherence optimization and quantum memory systems
- Drive quantum algorithm innovation for optimization, simulation, and machine learning applications

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of leading quantum computing projects in cloud or hardware environments
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation and quantum-classical hybrid systems
- Strong background in linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory
