Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuit architectures for commercial applications
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams in quantum algorithm development
- Optimize qubit coherence and error correction protocols
- Integrate quantum-classical hybrid computing systems
- Develop patent-pending quantum-resistant encryption frameworks
- Collaborate with hardware teams on quantum processor design
- Present breakthrough findings at industry conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm implementation
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or Cirq frameworks
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault tolerance
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
