Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing infrastructure using superconducting qubits
- Design error-correction protocols for fault-tolerant quantum systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum hardware prototypes
- Research emerging quantum materials and optimization techniques
- Collaborate with academia on quantum software development frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and quantum error correction
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with cryogenic engineering and quantum control systems
- Publication record in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Knowledge of quantum machine learning algorithms
