- Research and mitigate quantum decoherence effects in practical computing environments
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption systems
- Collaborate with academic institutions to advance quantum error correction methodologies

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and quantum circuit design
- Proven track record in developing scalable quantum algorithms for real-world applications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant computing principles
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures and parallel processing
