Responsibilities
- Architect scalable quantum computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Develop quantum-resistant encryption protocols for financial services
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists and software engineers
- Optimize quantum algorithms for real-world business applications
- Research emerging quantum hardware platforms (superconducting, photonic, topological)
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on quantum error correction techniques
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum SDKs
- Published research in Nature/Science quantum computing papers
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Strong background in distributed systems and parallel computing
- Experience with quantum hardware vendors (IBM, Rigetti, IonQ)
