Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026-scale commercial applications
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum error correction protocols
- Optimize qubit coherence times and gate fidelities for industrial deployment
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks
- Research and implement novel quantum algorithms for cryptography and optimization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to translate theoretical models into physical implementations
- Create technical documentation and roadmap for quantum computing evolution
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or hardware architecture
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
