Responsibilities
- Architect quantum algorithms and error correction protocols for commercial deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for real-world problem solving
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cybersecurity solutions
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and gate fidelity
- Develop quantum machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics
- Create documentation and training materials for quantum adoption strategies
- Stay current with quantum research publications and patent landscape
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience considered)
- 5+ years in quantum computing algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience with quantum simulators and cloud quantum platforms (IBM Q, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and complex systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate quantum concepts to business stakeholders
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields preferred
