Responsibilities
- Design quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing systems
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum hardware-software co-design
- Develop roadmaps for quantum advantage in financial modeling and AI optimization
- Collaborate with IBM, Google, and academic partners on quantum standards
- Secure patents for novel quantum algorithms and system architectures
- Mentor quantum engineers in superconducting and photonic qubit technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with exceptional experience)
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing architecture or quantum algorithm design
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum information theory
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit optimization frameworks
- Proficiency in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit control systems
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
