Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum circuits with 99.9% fidelity for enterprise applications

- Lead architecture for 1000+ qubit fault-tolerant systems
- Optimize quantum algorithms for pharmaceutical and materials science
- Partner with hardware teams to bridge quantum software-hardware interfaces
- Drive quantum security protocols for next-gen blockchain networks
- Mentor a team of quantum software engineers
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science
- 5+ years experience in quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum journals
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level quantum assembly
- Experience with quantum error correction techniques
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex quantum concepts to business stakeholders
