Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms solving optimization problems at scale
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and qubit stabilization
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-gen data protection
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Drive patent development in quantum algorithm innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS + 5 years experience accepted)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming libraries (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Published research in quantum computing or equivalent industry breakthroughs
