Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation applications
- Architect hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and decoherence mitigation
- Develop quantum-safe cryptographic protocols for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor a cross-disciplinary team of quantum physicists and software engineers
- Translate complex quantum principles into actionable technical roadmaps
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum circuit optimization and NISQ algorithm design
- Published research in quantum computing or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and low-level hardware interfacing
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex probability distributions
