Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum algorithms and error-correction frameworks for real-world applications
- Lead development of quantum-classical hybrid computing architectures
- Optimize quantum circuits for NISQ-era devices and fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum acceleration into machine learning pipelines

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in quantum computing or top-tier physics journals
