Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Develop quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerance protocols
- Lead quantum algorithm optimization for real-world problem-solving
- Integrate quantum systems with classical HPC infrastructure
- Research emerging quantum technologies (photonic, superconducting, topological)
- Mentor junior quantum engineers and publish breakthrough research
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in quantum computing research or implementation
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience with quantum hardware (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
