Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum processor architectures with >1000 qubits
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms for optimization problems
- Create quantum error correction frameworks achieving 99.99% fidelity
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers
- Translate business requirements into scalable quantum computing solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
