Responsibilities
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- System Optimization: Architect scalable, high-performance inference pipelines capable of handling millions of requests per second.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct deep-dive research into novel neural network architectures and optimization techniques.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams in product, security, and design to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly applications.
- Ethical AI: Ensure all deployed models adhere to strict ethical guidelines and bias mitigation protocols.
- Code Review: Maintain the highest standards of code quality and mentor junior engineers on advanced ML techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning Engineering, specifically with Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow; experience with distributed training and MLOps platforms (Kubernetes, AWS SageMaker).
- Language: Fluent in English; proficiency in a second programming language is a plus.
