Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms optimized for error correction and scalability
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing hybrid quantum-classical computing architectures
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum processors with classical systems
- Develop security protocols for quantum-resistant cryptography systems
- Conduct research on quantum machine learning applications for 2026 industry needs
- Create roadmaps for quantum cloud service deployment across global data centers
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum computational theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in quantum computing architecture or algorithm design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, or Q#)
- Published research in quantum error correction or fault-tolerant computing
- Experience with cloud-based quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket)
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
- Strong background in high-performance computing architectures
- Certification in quantum security protocols (preferred)
