- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum neural networks with 1000+ qubit capabilities
- Create security frameworks for quantum-safe communications using lattice-based cryptography
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate photonic interconnects with quantum processors
- Author white papers on quantum error correction techniques for industry publications
- Drive quantum computing standards through IEEE and NIST working groups
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 5+ years quantum computing experience
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design (Shor's, Grover's, VQE) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
