Responsibilities

- Optimize qubit stability and error correction systems for commercial deployment
- Collaborate with hardware engineers on cryogenic quantum processor integration
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for practical use cases
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to C-suite executives and government agencies
- Research emerging quantum phenomena for patentable innovations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in quantum algorithm development or quantum hardware design
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant systems
- Experience with superconducting or trapped-ion quantum processors
- Strong background in machine learning and high-performance computing
- Ability to communicate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
