Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems
- Develop error-corrected quantum computing architectures using superconducting qubits
- Lead cross-functional research teams to push quantum hardware performance boundaries
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals and industry conferences
- Translate theoretical quantum concepts into scalable industrial applications
- Collaborate with AI/ML teams to hybridize quantum-classical computing pipelines
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Published research in quantum information theory or quantum hardware
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Expertise in cryogenic systems and quantum control electronics
- Proven track record of translating quantum theory into practical implementations
