Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years research experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and hardware integration
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier
- Deep understanding of quantum algorithms, cryptography, and quantum machine learning
- Experience leading research teams with $1M+ budgets
