Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing architectures for enterprise applications
- Lead cross-functional research teams to develop novel quantum algorithms

- Drive patent development for quantum encryption and optimization methodologies
- Establish industry standards for quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Mentor PhD researchers and publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of quantum computing research with published papers in Nature/Science
- Expertise in superconducting qubits, ion traps, or topological quantum systems
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex R&D cycles
- Familiarity with quantum software frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience securing DoD or NSF quantum research grants
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
