- Secure $5M+ in quantum computing research grants annually
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals yearly
- Drive quantum security standards for post-quantum cryptography frameworks
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 8+ years research experience
- Published work on quantum algorithms or quantum error correction
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Proven track record of securing $3M+ in research grants
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence and NISQ-era limitations
