- Secure $5M+ in research funding through NSF and DARPA proposals
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions in cryptography, materials science, and AI optimization
- Mentor next-generation quantum researchers through academic partnerships
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry research experience
- Proven track record of publishing in Nature/Science journals or equivalent tier publications
- Expertise in quantum error correction, fault tolerance, and topological qubit systems
- Demonstrated ability to secure federal research grants exceeding $1M
- Proficiency in quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, Quil) and simulation environments
