Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation problems

- Lead experimental validation on superconducting quantum processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to mitigate quantum decoherence challenges
- Author peer-reviewed publications and patent quantum methodologies
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
- Present findings at international quantum computing conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics at graduate level
- Proficiency in Python/C++ and high-performance computing environments
