Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for cryptography, optimization, and AI acceleration
- Lead cross-functional teams in building error-corrected quantum processors
- Secure $5M+ in federal/state grants for quantum research initiatives
- Collaborate with Intel/IBM on quantum hardware-software co-design
- Mentor PhD candidates through our Quantum Future Fellowship program
- Present findings at Davos, IEEE Quantum Week, and White House Tech Summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years experience with quantum circuit simulation (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Proficiency in low-temperature quantum system engineering
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Security clearance eligibility for government projects
- Track record of commercializing quantum technologies
