- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Update CRM records with accurate call details
- Meet/exceed daily performance metrics (CSAT, FCR)
- Adhere to compliance protocols for sensitive data
- Participate in ongoing skills development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years customer service/call center experience (preferred)
- Quiet home office space with high-speed internet
- Ability to type 35+ WPM with 95% accuracy
