Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Educate customers on products and services to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to call quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must have a quiet workspace and a high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to type at least 40 WPM.
- Reliable computer with Windows 10 or macOS and a headset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
