Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for clients in New York & Texas
- Resolve customer inquiries using CRM systems
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce
- Meet/exceed performance metrics (AHT, CSAT)
- Collaborate with team via virtual tools
- Participate in ongoing training sessions
- Identify process improvement opportunities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Typing speed: 40 WPM minimum
- Quiet home office with reliable internet
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Basic CRM software knowledge
- Fluent in English (Spanish a plus)
