Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues, questions, and complaints efficiently using established protocols.
- Accurately document all interactions, resolutions, and customer feedback in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues that require specialized attention.
- Adhere to all company policies, quality standards, and call scripts.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or sales environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Reliable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
