Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately input customer data and transaction details into the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on policy changes.
- Adhere to all company quality assurance standards and call scripts.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional phone manner.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple software windows.
- Previous call center experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
