Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Listen actively to customer concerns and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Log all customer interactions and account details accurately into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance standards to maintain service excellence.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Valid California driver's license is not required, but you must reside in the United States.
