As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling inquiries with empathy and efficiency. If you are tech-savvy and have a knack for solving problems, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to resolve inquiries and provide technical support.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and issue resolutions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with troubleshooting software, account settings, and billing questions.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and patient tone in every interaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (chat preferred).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Ability to multitask between chat windows and internal tools.
