Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone during every interaction.
- Accurately process orders, refunds, and account information within the chat system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior support team when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate answers.
- Document customer interactions and feedback within the CRM software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be located in the United States (Texas preferred).
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Excellent English grammar, spelling, and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus, but we provide full training.
