- Provide real-time support to customers via live chat, resolving inquiries within 5 minutes
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case histories in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot complex product issues
- Identify upsell opportunities and recommend relevant solutions
- Participate in weekly training sessions to stay updated on products
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction rating through positive engagement
Qualifications

- 1+ years in customer service or chat support role
- Exceptional written communication skills with professional tone
- Proficient in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce experience a plus)
