- Maintain average response time under 45 seconds
- Participate in weekly training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvements based on customer feedback
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in digital/remote environment
- Exceptional written communication with 60+ WPM typing speed
- Proficiency in Zendesk, Intercom, or similar chat platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech support preferred
- Valid Washington state work authorization required
