Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat within 30-second response time SLA
- Resolve technical issues, billing questions, and product concerns using CRM tools
- Maintain detailed case notes and documentation for all interactions
- Collaborate with support teams to escalate complex issues when needed
- Meet monthly performance metrics (CSAT, resolution rate)
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute feedback
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience (chat/phone/email)
- Exceptional written communication with typo-free responses
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Zendesk, Salesforce, or similar)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat conversations simultaneously
- Available 20-30 hours/week with flexible scheduling
- US residency and authorization to work remotely
- Typing speed of 60+ WPM with 95% accuracy
