Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner, aiming for an average response time under 2 minutes.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, product questions, and billing concerns with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional tone at all times to ensure high customer satisfaction scores (CSAT).
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately within the company CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or technical certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or chat-based support environment.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask, handle high volumes of chat traffic, and maintain focus in a remote setting.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Google Workspace) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is preferred.
