Responsibilities
- Provide instant, professional support via live chat for product inquiries, technical issues, and order assistance
- Document interactions in CRM systems with precision and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer escalations efficiently
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to improve support processes and contribute to knowledge base updates
- Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data and company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical support
- Exceptional written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
