Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while adhering to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and account management.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service quality.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone during all interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service, chat support, or technical support.
- Proven ability to type at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Stable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
