Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the support team to resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must have a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent written communication skills and grammar.
- Ability to multitask and type at least 40 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, email, web browsing).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
