- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues and suggest product improvements.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards for every conversation.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new features and updates.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support (remote or in-office).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
- Typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
- Familiarity with helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom) is preferred.
