Responsibilities
- Manage Live Chat Interactions: Respond to customer inquiries in real-time via chat platforms with a friendly and professional tone.
- Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot customer problems, answer product-related questions, and provide accurate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain Documentation: Accurately record customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system for future reference.
- Escalation Management: Identify complex issues that require further attention and seamlessly escalate them to the appropriate senior support team.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on company policies, product updates, and service features to provide consistent information.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to improve overall support processes.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience, specifically in chat or email support, is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Must be proficient with computers and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written English skills with a focus on grammar, clarity, and tone.
- Typing Speed: Minimum 40-50 WPM for efficient chat response times.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
