Responsibilities

- Resolve technical issues and billing concerns using CRM tools
- Document all interactions with detailed notes in Zendesk
- Escalate complex cases to senior support specialists
- Maintain 95% customer satisfaction rating
- Collaborate with marketing team on chatbot improvements
- Participate in weekly team training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience (chat/email/phone)
- Exceptional written communication skills
- Proficiency in CRM software (Zendesk/Salesforce)
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 chat windows
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Available to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
