- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain HIPAA compliance in all communications
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or healthcare experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Type 35+ WPM with strong computer navigation skills
