Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Accurately record customer details and transaction history in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or products.
- Adhere to all call scripts, quality assurance standards, and company policies.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude throughout every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in a call center, retail, or customer service setting is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone voice.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and typing.
- Must be available to work weekends.
