Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency
- Process orders, returns, and warranty claims using our CRM system
- Document interactions accurately in Salesforce and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product issues
- Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics for CSAT and resolution time
- Identify upsell opportunities and cross-reference product knowledge
- Participate in daily team huddles and ongoing skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in remote or hybrid environment
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Exceptional communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution techniques
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends as needed
